Yeah I agree with the 1 star comments my first time walking in and immediately trying to make me rush out the door complaining saying I have to wait a long time because their is alot of people when really it’s not a huge amount of ppl. Why is their 3 workers if they can’t handle simple 5 ppl just horrible customer service and place I would not recommend . Very unprofessional and Slow Goodbye
my mother grandmother and i have been coming here for more than 15 years. unfortunately due to my last visit i will no longer be going. the woman who cut my hair cut inches off without consent (idk if it was a language barrier or what) i speak spanish as well so i am unsure how that even occurred but i literally cried after seeing what she did. i also had them dye my hair after they convinced me my grays would be “covered” also inaccurate. i am sad to part ways but im pretty terrified to go to any hair salon now because of them.
Never going here again. I had went here for a wash and set with my friend since our go to salons was closed, we didn’t ask for anything complicated. By the time we were done getting our hair washed , our backs were soaked with water because of how reckless they were washing our hair. It felt like they were rushing the entire time. We asked for rollers and to wrap up our hair after which they completely ignored. We were left shocked when we noticed a lot of flakey left over product in our scalp after our hair was dried considering they had aggressively scrubbed the life out of our scalps. it was an uncomfortable experience yet we still left extremely dissatisfied. Paid around $50 each , and for what? A wash and set when our hair wasn’t even washed or set correctly?? Wasn’t worth it at all. Won’t ever come back. No wonder it was empty when we arrived and left
